To do this, you’ll want to ask your florist to show you pictures of flowers they’ve designed for other weddings and special events. If you don’t like what you see, keep looking.

• Great customer service is key to a good floral experience. Your florist should be willing to spend time with you and get to know what you like and dislike. They should ask plenty of questions and really listen to your answers. They should also offer helpful advice. If you feel rushed or uncomfortable, this won’t be the right florist for you.

• Look for a florist with fresh, good quality flowers. Your florist should carry only the best flowers and floral products. They should offer flower food with all arrangement purchases and be full of advice on floral care.

• Work only with florists who are part of a professional affiliation, such as FTD, Teleflora, or the Society of American Florists.

Choosing the perfect florist may take some time and require a lot of footwork, but proper selection of the florist who best meets your style and needs will make selecting the wedding flowers themselves infinitely easier. The time you spend in searching for a florist will be made up for in the beauty and quality of the flowers for your special day. Just remember, your florist should be friendly and willing to help regardless of whether or not you’re a big star like Angelina Jolie.

On the other hand, if you send the flowers to her home a few days after the birth of the baby, the new mom will have had time to relax a bit, will be able to enjoy your wonderful gift, and she won’t have to move them from the special place she chooses to display them.

Now, on to the question of what kind of flowers you should give. Well, there are the traditional gifts of either pink or blue flowers depending on the gender of the baby. These arrangements are often presented in baskets adorned with charming stuffed bears or other baby toys. The popularity of these arrangements comes from the simple fact that they are well liked. You’re not likely to go wrong when choosing a traditional arrangement.

However, if you’d like to give a gift of flowers that truly stands out, take into consideration the new mother’s personality, favorite colors, and favorite flowers. Tell your florist a little about the new mom and the feeling you’d like the flowers to portray. For example, if the new mom is very trendy and loves bright colors, let your florist know. He or she can then make a gift that says “congratulations on your new baby” in a way that is as unique as the new mom herself.

That said, what do you suppose an Angelina Jolie-esque maternity arrangement reflecting her non-traditional views and strong personality would look like? I’d love to be the florist given that challenge!

How did Angelina carve that awesome figure for the movie Tomb Raider?

Easy! She lost fat and gained lean muscle mass.

Of all the celebrity routines I have reviewed, I find hers the best (probably with me being a kung fu student).

Angelina Jolie started practicing kickboxing and weapons training months before the filming of the Tomb Raider movie.

How does kickboxing help burning fat?

People often overlook the vitality the intensity of their cardio can bring forth in their efforts to burn fat.

Kicking on the heavy bag repeatedly needs particularly: Breathing endurance, optimization of hips, thighs, calves at a high speed with constant repetitions.

An hour of kickboxing workout can burn as much as 600-800 calories.

And that is not just it, when you apply impact on the bag or even if you practice with the ankle weights, your muscles follow an entirely different range of motion than running or cycling, this range of motion doesn’t only burn calories but also does a fair bit of muscle conditioning resulting into the subtle sexy tone on Angelina’s body.

Can you do it?

Well, kickboxing is difficult for beginners but if you stick to it no matter what, hell yeah!

In my personal opinion, I would rather see you start off with something like slow sprinting and circuit training if you are obese or overweight with really slow stamina.

Weapon Training and Scuba Diving:

Weapons, if used correctly apply the use of the entire body to generate movements, it takes time but eventually you learn to balance with the weight of the weapon (most weapons are atleast 4-7 KGs) and move in different motions leading to a mild workout for the inner muscles too.

This workout when combined with a high protein diet leads to a pretty good reinforcement of lean muscle mass as well as sheds notable amount of fat.

Scuba diving or any water sport for that matter needs you to move your body in volumes of water which gives you an amazing cardio because the muscles are used pretty extensively while again leading to some tone.

If you notice, all of Angelina’s workouts have something to do with reinforcing tone while also burning fat.

Diet:

She followed the traditional model’s diet.

Six meals spaced out properly while being high on protein and low on carbs and low-med on fat.

Can you do her diet?

Yeah, definitely.

My Rating for Angelina Jolie’s workout: 9.5/10.

This is definitely the routine for guys and girls if you want to shed fat but it isn’t the workout if you want to put on bulk.

Every new cd release needs scandal and scuttle and I Am../Sasha Fierce is no different.

First there was the changing of Beyonce’s name. Speak her name not in vain.

“I have someone else that takes over when it’s time for me to work and when I’m on stage, this alter ego that I’ve created that kind of protects me and who I really am,” she said.

According to Beyonce, “Fierce” is the nickname she has given to the more racy side of her personality

“Sasha Fierce is the fun, more sensual, more aggressive, more outspoken side and more glamorous side that comes out when I’m working and when I’m on the stage,” she said.

And then there was the rumors of the song “If I Were A Boy” being written for Beyonce, or not for Beyonce.

The hype and tension has been mounting for weeks. And finally it’s here.

From what we can tell, the cd picks up where she’s left off in the past – booty shaking, head bobbing, club hopping jams mixed with a little bit of introspection and sentimentality. All in all, not a bad listen for hitting the club and jamming to once you get there.

Besides music, Beyonce…uhmmm…Sasha Fierce has been making a name for herself in films.  You may recall seeing her in Carmen: A Hip Hop Rock Opera years ago and just recently, “Dream Girls.”  Everyone thought…maybe even Beyonce..that she would get an Oscar nod for her work in “Dream Girls.” Jennifer Hudson, however, stole the show and proved everyone wrong.

Will I be picking up I Am../Sasha Fierce?  You can bet on it.  There’s just so much hype around it.  I don’t want to miss a thing.

A diet is complete with regular work outs and she is insisted on this with pure hard work to burn out those extra calories. The training schedule included street fighting, kick boxing, canoing and yoga. The special diet which Angelina depended was on steamed beef or sea bass, vegetables and soy milk. Absolutely no sugar at all was used to maintain the body in its real attire.

The final result of her work out showed up on her body with those sexy curves and she was pretty happy about this. She has a slim a trim figure which still makes her look sexy. The body achieved with constant workouts made her work pretty easy for the film Tomb Raider where she had to do the most difficult task of sword fighting, dog sledding, spear throwing and bungee jumping. She was quite new to all these but did great works and practice to attain the reality and experience in the same. Ultimately it reflected in the movie very well. She also strictly neglected the use for another stunt woman as she was pretty confident about her work outs and practice.

Angelina Jolie was successful in her career with her great looks and profile which attracted audience towards her. The hard work she persisted was what paid back to her with a sexy body with visible curves!
